Memory Walk is the nation's premier fundraiser to help those battling Alzheimer's disease. Since 1989, Memory Walk has raised more than $149 million for programs and services for individuals with Alzheimer's, their families, and caregivers.
2005 Memory Walks

Spring Memory Walk in Prince George's County

Put Your Best Foot Forward! Lace up your sneakers and join us for the inaugural Memory Walk in Prince George's County on Saturday, June 25, 2005. Memory Walk is the nation's premier fundraiser to help those battling Alzheimer's disease. Since 1989, Memory Walk has raised more than $149 million for programs and services for individuals with Alzheimer's, their families, and caregivers. While there is no registration fee to participate, walkers are encouraged to raise a minimum of $200. All monies raised through Memory Walk stay in the local community!

Where: Prince George's Stadium - Bowie, MD

When: Saturday, June 25th - 9:00 a.m. (registration at 8:00 a.m.)

Why: To help make a difference in the lives of people affected by Alzheimer's and to increase awareness of the disease and the courage of those facing its daily challenges.
